Integrations
Process Templates for Jira integrates with Jira Automation via webhooks and natively supports the Tempo Timesheet Account custom field.
Two first-class integrations
Process Templates for Jira ships with two integrations that cover the vast majority of real-world scaling scenarios: Jira Automation, and Tempo Timesheet.
Jira Automation
Process Templates for Jira exposes an HTTPS endpoint that creates a new issue from a chosen template when called. This means any Jira Automation rule, scheduled or event-driven, can trigger a templated ticket without human intervention.
Common patterns:
- A new customer signs up in your CRM and a webhook tells Jira Automation to fire the onboarding template.
- A monitoring alert in PagerDuty fires the incident-report template.
- A scheduled rule fires the weekly sprint-setup Epic at midnight on Monday.

Tempo Timesheet
If your organization uses Tempo Timesheet for time tracking and billing, Process Templates for Jira natively supports the Tempo Account custom field. You can set a default Account per template, or wrap it in a variable so the user picks the right account at create time.
This keeps timesheet allocations correct from the moment the ticket is created, which matters for billable teams whose Tempo configuration drives invoices.

What about other apps?
Because Process Templates for Jira produces real Jira issues, anything that integrates with Jira works with templated tickets too. Slack notifications, dashboard widgets, JQL-driven reports, custom apps reading the issue API: none of these need to know the issue came from a template.
If you have an integration request, open a ticket on the support portal and we will scope it.
