Who counts as a billable user?
Any user that Atlassian counts toward your Jira Cloud licence. If a user does not have a Jira Cloud seat, they do not count toward your bill either.
Where do I see Process Templates for Jira on my bill?
On your standard monthly Atlassian Marketplace invoice, alongside the rest of your Cloud apps. There is no separate vendor invoice.
Can I switch from the free plan to paid later?
Yes. The free plan auto-converts as soon as you cross 10 users. The 30-day trial is also available on the paid plan.
Is there a discount for non-profits, academic or open-source teams?
Atlassian Community Programs apply. If your Jira instance qualifies, Process Templates for Jira inherits the same Marketplace discount.
